What we do
Skilled Gentleman provides private estate care — master craftsmen for stone, wood, tile, and fine finish work — for homes on the Sarasota barrier islands. Permitted trade work (plumbing, electrical, and similar) is performed by licensed, insured trade partners we've personally vetted and coordinate on your behalf.
Requests and quotes
Submitting a Request a Visit form is an inquiry, not a binding order. Pricing and scope are provided after an assessment of the work, and any service is governed by the specific agreement made with you at that time — these terms cover use of the website itself.
Membership availability
The Keyholder membership and other offerings described on this site are offered subject to availability. We intentionally limit the number of homes we take on so that each one is looked after properly.

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. While we make every effort to keep it accurate, it does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or binding offer, and imagery used for illustrative purposes may not depict actual completed projects.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skilled Gentleman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability arising from services performed in your home, which is governed by the separate service agreement for that work.
