Behind Skilled Gentleman is Gene — years spent in high-end real estate and construction: investing in multifamily property, running project management for the contractors who build and restore fine homes, and, above all, connecting the right people to solve the right problems.
He is currently leading the revitalization of an eight-home agrihood in Nokomis. The thread through all of it is simple: knowing exactly who to call, and making sure the work is done to a standard worth putting your name on.
