When you submit a Request a Visit form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, property location, and any message you include. We do not require an account and do not collect payment information through this website.

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and coordinate service, and maintain reasonable business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the trade partners and craftsmen directly involved in fulfilling your request, or when required by law. We do not share or sell your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics (including Vercel Analytics, and Google Analytics where enabled) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, general location, and device type. This data is anonymized or aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Data retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide service, and meet our business and legal obligations.
Your choices
